eServices Portal Access and Management

Welcome to the eServices Portal

The RMV’s transformation to ATLAS, a new web-based system, provides business partners with new, modern, and more convenient ways to access and share data with the RMV, allowing for efficient, quick, and reliable ways to conduct business, including customized eServices portals.

The Insurance eServices Portal provides approved individual users with direct access to an RMV portal that is designed specifically for business needs of Insurance Carriers and Agents.

The training modules and information below will help ensure you understand how to work with the RMV’s new eServices portal to access information and process appropriate transactions.

Release 1 ATLAS Training – SDIP – Driver Services

Interactive training videos, also known as CBTs, are provided in .zip files or folders. To access Zipped Folders, click on the link (How to Un-Zip a Zipped Folder) to automatically download the training to your computer.
