eServices Portal

Bulk Data End Users will use the eServices Portal to view and pay monthly invoices. The eServices portal is free and easy to use.

How do new users request access to the eServices portal?

Each user that would like access to the eService Portal must complete an eServices End User Request form and must have signed an Access Agreement on file with the RMV, refer to the eServices section.

Completed forms should be emailed to rmvbusinesspartners@dot.state.ma.us.

Is there training available for the eServices Portal?

Yes, refer to the Training & Support section.

Who should I contact if my account is locked out or having trouble logging into the eServices portal?
